**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist our clients in complex cases related to copyright, media law, and digital technologies.
- Manage and monitor cases, draft pleadings, and participate in hearings.
- Participate in the drafting and revision of memorandums and consultations.
- Collaborate with international teams to provide innovative legal advice tailored to client needs.
- Contribute to legal monitoring and the development of new strategies for our clients.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master's degree specializing in copyright and digital law.
- Expertise in primary European law and EU copyright law.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in an international law firm.
- Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for legal technicalities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous litigation experience is desirable.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister nos clients dans des dossiers complexes liés au droit d'auteur au droit des médias et aux technologies numériques.

Gestion et suivi des dossiers

Rédaction de conclusions, participation aux audiences,
- Participer à la rédaction et à la révision de mémorandums et consultations.
- Collaborer avec des équipes internationales pour fournir des conseils juridiques innovants et adaptés aux besoins des clients.
- Contribuer à la veille juridique et au développement de nouvelles stratégies pour nos clients.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Master II spécialisé en droit d'auteur et du numérique
- Expertise en droit Européen primaire et droit EU du droit d’auteur
- Expérience professionnelle de 4 à 5 ans dans un cabinet d'avocats international.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Grande rigueur et goût pour la technique juridique
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Expérience préalable en contentieux désirable
