This is your opportunity to launch a career in business development within clinical research, backed by a structured growth plan and comprehensive support.We offer a clear pathway to become a Business Development Manager within 18 months, and a potential promotion to Business Development Director in the following years - based on your performance and dedication.Please note if not based in Ile de France, you will be rejectedWhat You'll DoAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and initiating contact with potential client companies in the clinical research space. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makersMapping organizational structures to support strategic outreachContacting potential clients via phone and email, presenting OPIS’s services with clarity and professionalismCoordinating and scheduling virtual or face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and OPIS senior staffMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM systemFollowing up with leads, managing communications, and building long-term relationshipsThis role is global in scope and may involve engaging with clients both within your home country and across Europe.What You Bring1–3 years of sales experience (e.g., Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representatives)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset and a proactive approach to researchGood command of Microsoft Office and CRM toolsHighly organized with strong planning skillsTeam player with a collaborative mindsetMust have right to workWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryFull remote working flexibilityExtensive training and ongoing mentorshipFast-track career development into BD Manager and beyondOpportunity to work in a global, innovation-driven company that values growth, integrity, and scientific excellenceAbout OPISOPIS is a global CRO with over 25 years of experience in managing Phase I–IV clinical trials, non-interventional studies, and medical device investigations.
