Tasks

As a Sales Development Representative (FR) you will be working in Paris closely with our local team to develop our pipeline of French companies by creating, qualifying and handing over opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Seeking out business opportunities by researching, identifying and prioritising target accounts and leads
- Engaging them through outbound outreach activities (mailing, calling, LinkedIn) to stimulate interest, understand their needs & how we can support them
- Managing lead pipeline of inbound and outbound leads with timeliness to drive sales opportunity generation
- Collaborating with your Sales team as well cross-functional teams like Marketing & Customer Success on conversion to better anticipate needs and drive success across the board
- Actively analysing KPIs and data resulting from your pipeline and taking up measures for further improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Team player and ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly motivated and keen interest to pursue a career in sales
- Data and target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- You are fluent in French and English
