Community Manager

**About the job**

Your role, within Scaleway’s Corporate Affairs department, will be to animate the company’s English and German-speaking communities on social media, within the Corporate Content team, with the Social Media Manager.

**Your objectives**:
**- Awareness**:

- increasing Scaleway’s brand notoriety by regularly publishing relevant content

**- Engagement** - engaging with Scaleway’s online community on a daily basis, to drive conversations around the brand, and develop its fanbase

**- Amplification** - ensuring Scaleway’s employee advocacy program works smoothly and efficiently
- **Optimization **-analyzing social media activity, to optimize strategy on an ongoing basis

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily social media check (EN+DE): making sure all questions on social media are answered within 24 hours maximum. Managing engagement activations, e.g. giveaways, competitions
- Publishing EN+DE posts on a regular basis, in coordination with the Social Media Manager
- Reporting: monthly social media, blog and website analysis and recommendations
- Project and tool management: Hootsuite / Amplify / Lumen5

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 1-2 previous roles in community management
- Expert knowledge of key social media platforms
- Experience using and developing brand guidelines
- Interest or experience in the cloud computing sector
- Native English, fluent German. Spelling and grammar must be excellent

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Ability to quickly understand new concepts, and researching & learning about new topics
- Determined hard worker, flexible & open to working on different projects simultaneously
- Autonomy, responsiveness, excellent organizational skills and a team player
- Goals-oriented: works to achieve pre-established objectives
- Experience working in a startup environment within a communications department in a linguistic, social media or brand communications role

**Location
This position can be either:

- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
- Flex Remote Internationally

**Salary Range**
- Junior level_

33,000 - 43,000+ EUR per year
