The Global Partners organization is passionate about developing partnerships that accelerate innovation and growth with Industry differentiation, expanded reach and customer success. About the Role
This incredible opportunity is to lead joint business development with our Partners in the EMEA South Region, aligned to the Workday sales organization.
The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for developing the Workday pipeline across all Partners within the region. They will work across multiple functions, including (but not limited to) sales, services, marketing, pre-sales, value management and industry.
This role requires strong sales experience, leading campaigns and sales plays, GTM and industry expertise, executive presence and strong communication and organizational skills
About You
- Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrable results in working across matrixed organizations, with complex team-based sales environments, and able to influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions.
- Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platform experience and understanding.
- Other Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.
- Industry experience, especially in Financial Services, Government, Education, Professional Services, Healthcare, Tech, and Retail.
- Understanding of Channel GTM motions, including selling through/to channel partners, co-selling/re-selling.
- Experience in public market facing activities
