Join us and help shape the future of online gaming **ENTER THE GAME** You will join the Sportsbook Performance Analytics team, part of a larger Sportsbook team which also includes Risk and Trading functions. The Sportsbook Performance Analytics team mission is to improve internal management and awareness of our pricing, our offering and our customers, in order to deliver a more compelling Sportsbook product. We can use this information to automate our pricing, trading and risk processes while delivering greater price accuracy. You will work on a new team which consists of like-minded individuals to optimise operations in our Trading function through increased use of automation. You will take on challenges of all sorts: from measuring and benchmarking our customer offering to observing customer preferences and risk profiles. **YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC** Your mission will be: - Learn Trading and Risk operations, their potential areas of growth and gaps and identify efficiency improvements - Partner with experts and leaders within Risk and Trading functions to deeply understand their challenges and help them drive their activity - Deliver insightful analysis with convincing and actionable recommendations around areas such as performance of Pricing, Providers, Trading Actions and Competitors - Work with other functions of the business on projects relevant to the area where necessary. - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm This job is for you if: - You have at least 1 years of Data Analytics experience where you have provided relevant data-based recommendations - You are "business minded" who can work closely with stakeholders and make actionable and impactful recommendations - You have a good analytical mindset - You have good communication and presentation skills - You are proactive and can be autonomous in manipulating data (SQL is mandatory) - You are familiar with at least one Data visualization tool - You have a keen interest in Sports or Sports Betting Bonus: - You know a programming or statistical language, e.g. Python, R, Matlab - You have experience in a Trading, Risk or Quantitative role - You are located in (or are willing to relocate to) Bordeaux or Malta **WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?** - We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning). - You will then meet Liam O'Connor (Head of Sportsbook Performance), your future manager. - Next, you will have a technical test to perform at home, covering SQL, Python, statistics, probability, analytics, and business sense - You will then meet Francesco Ranieri (Head of Product Sport) and/or Martin Houdbine (Sport's Director) - Finally, Benoit will receive you for a final HR interview, and you will take the opportunity to debrief your AssessFirst Test together. **WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?** 25 days of paid leave and 10 RTT days A Ticket Restaurant® card credited with €11 per day (€6 per day funded by Betclic) 100% health insurance coverage for you and your children 50% reimbursement of public transport costs or an annual sustainable mobility allowance (€230 for commuting with sustainable transport) Hybrid work model Access to a vast training catalog, with opportunities for professional development every year Regular training on skills you want to develop further (ML, Stats but also French or English classes) Extraordinary office spaces with a rooftop where you can enjoy sunny breaks with a view of the Cité du Vin Internal events to liven up your daily life On-site sports classes and organized tournaments (Pilates, circuit training, boxing, yoga, futsal, padel, tennis )
