**ENTER THE GAME**
Join Betclic as a **Business Development Specialist** within the **Sportsbook Product Business team**, composed of 6 talented professionals. Our mission is to manage and develop the Sportsbook product from a strategic and commercial perspective. If you're passionate about sports, data, and strategy, this role is for you
**YOUR RO**LE WITHIN BETCLIC**
As a **Business Development Specialist**, your key responsibilities will include:
- **Identifying and developing strategic partnerships**: source, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- **Market analysis and supplier management**: maintain accurate partner and supplier data, analyze market trends, and contribute to scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: ensure alignment between commercial activities and internal stakeholders, fostering efficient teamwork across departments.
- **Operational support**: manage documentation, contribute to business reporting, and provide insights for strategic planning.
This role demands a **strong attention to detail**, business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This job is for you if:
- You hold a degree in business, management, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in Business Development, in the sportsbook industry
- You possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and are comfortable managing documentation and supplier relationships.
- You are proficient in business analytics and thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.
- You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Antonio Iozzia (Business Development Manager), your future manager
Next, you will Francesco Ranieri (Head of Product Sport) or Martin Houbdine (Sportsbook Director).
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
