As an **IT Portfolio Coordinator Intern**, you will contribute to the prioritization, planning, and governance of all technological initiatives supporting VF’s EMEA business strategy.

You’ll play a key role in supporting senior leadership by ensuring a clear understanding of the status of EMEA technology activities and helping to maintain a strong, efficient delivery roadmap.

Get ready to make an impact Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Portfolio Coordinator:

- Shepherd the EMEA Demand process end-to-end: from business idea definition to go-live.
- Support governance of the EMEA Digital Technology (DT) Portfolio in alignment with all teams within the EMEA DT department.
- Provide clear, reliable insights into the portfolio status to support senior decision-making.
- Assist in the analysis and estimation of medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Project Management delivery and governance processes to improve control and transparency of the DT portfolio across corporate functions.

**What you Bring**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to understand our brands’ and functions’ priorities, support technical teams in aligning with those priorities, and follow through to execution. Your empathy and influencing skills will be key to balancing the portfolio and ensuring both strategic alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A basic understanding of business and IT processes
- A passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges

A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus - but what matters most is your positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn.
