You are joining the company VEGA IS within the General Secretariat, which is looking for a **Assistant General Secretariat**, for an internship of **6 months** from **January 2026**.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Participation in legal workshops on products in collective management
- Participation in the preparation of OPC product committees of the management company (launch of investment funds, modifications of existing products, compliance)
- Research work and competitive intelligence on financial products in asset management
- Improvement of OPC monitoring dashboards and legal dashboards
- Participation in cross-functional projects of a management company
- Participation in the implementation updated financial product distribution agreements
- Monitoring of confidentiality agreements (NDA) with our counterparts
- Participation in the remediation project on the KYS files of our suppliers (support in managing the service entrusted to Natixis)
- Response to KYC requests on VEGA IS
- Assistance in decoding regulatory texts impacting asset management (AMF doctrine, ACPR, Sustainable finance, Green industry law...).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a training in business school or engineering school with a specialization in market finance or strategic management of organizations and you have a training in financial/banking law.
You have knowledge of asset management professions and the functioning of a company.
You have a spirit of synthesis and good writing skills.
You are pragmatic, rigorous, versatile and motivated.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen.
