The specific focus will depend on current priorities. These resources will be utilized globally and adapted locally. - Collaborate with external stakeholders (communication agencies) and internal stakeholders (HR in different zones and countries, corporate communication teams, and cross-functional partners) to activate people development initiatives. - Curate learning content on our internal learning platform, ensuring employees have access to a rich library of resources to support their growth.
