Mission Overview:
As part of the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, the apprentice will contribute to the operational excellence of our HR digital platforms/solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) by providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring data quality, and coordinating digital initiatives related to master data and referential integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Support (Level 1 & 2)
Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (global & EMEA regional level).
Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.
Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.
Support the implementation of annual HR processes in link with the EMEA regional manager (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)
Data Quality & Referential Management
Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).
Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source.
Coordination & Project Support
Support digital HR projects by coordinating stakeholders and tracking actions.
Participate in testing and validation of new features or data corrections.
Help prepare documentation and training materials for end-users.
Profile:
Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.
Strong interest in HR technologies and data governance.
Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (like Excel…)
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Fluent in French and English.
