About the Product:
Our flagship solution, VisioMapEditor, enables clients to design and manage interactive maps effortlessly. With powerful SDKs for iOS, Android, and Web, our platform integrates seamlessly with real-time data, third-party APIs (including positioning engines), and building information systems. Whether for shopping malls, airports, hospitals, or corporate campuses, Visioglobe enables organizations to transform indoor navigation and space utilization. Our software is multilingual, highly customizable, and deployed in 30+ countries.

About the Role:
As the Head of Sales at Visioglobe, you’ll be responsible for steering the global sales strategy and execution, with a focus on new customer acquisition and expansion within key verticals (transport, healthcare, real estate, and retail). This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who is equally comfortable in the field with clients, guiding a growing sales team, and collaborating across product, marketing, and customer success.

You will be instrumental in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, strengthening relationships with major accounts and partners, and driving scalable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the global sales strategy, aligning with Visioglobe’s growth targets and innovation roadmap. Ensure market penetration in target geographies and verticals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Understand client needs deeply and align VisioGlobe solutions to deliver real business outcomes.
- Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales & marketing team. Run workshops and ongoing training to improve skills in value selling, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends in indoor mapping, positioning, and smart buildings. Monitor competitive activities and client feedback to adapt sales tactics and positioning.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take an active role in high-stakes negotiations, RFPs, and strategic deals. Lead complex sales processes from lead generation through to contract closure.
- Revenue Accountability: Drive recurring revenue growth through acquisition of new logos and upselling to existing clients. Maintain a strong focus on ARR and churn reduction.
- Sales Operations & Forecasting: Establish best-in-class sales operations including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting. Ensure robust metrics and dashboards are in place for executive reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D for product roadmap alignment, and customer success for onboarding and expansion strategies.
- Tendering & Compliance: Own and manage tender submissions in compliance with client procurement standards.

Qualifications & Profile:

- Proven experience (7+ years) in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with a background in spatial tech, digital mapping, or smart building technology.
- Track record of building and scaling international sales teams.
- Fluent in English, French and other European languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and experience selling to CIOs, Facility Managers, HR or Digital Transformation leaders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute quickly and iterate based on market feedback.
