Rejoignez cette fintech qui accompagne les particuliers dans leur recherche du meilleur service financier. Basée en plein cœur de Paris, elle compte aujourd’hui plus de 1000 collaborateurs, des effectifs amenés à grandir dans les mois à venir.
Afin de structurer l’équipe technique, ils sont à la recherche d’un Engineering manager en CDI et ainsi, accompagner une squad de développeurs au quotidien.
**Responsabilités**
En étroite collaboration avec le CTO déjà en place, vous aurez pour missions:
- L’encadrement d’une équipe de 10 développeurs,
- Le suivi de l’équipe technique : l’accompagnement et le recrutement de nouveaux collaborateurs,
- La participation au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités,
- La définition de nouvelles stratégies pour assurer au mieux les différents développements.
- Ce poste repose sur de la technique à 60% et du management à 40%.
**Profil**
- La formation ne sera pas le critère déterminant,
- Vous avez d’au moins 5 ans dans le développement et 2 ans sur un poste de Lead developer (ou management d’équipe),
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un environnement full stack : PHP/Symfony en back et JS/React en front,
- Vous êtes organisé, bon communicant et aimez mettre les mains dans le cambouis,
- Vous savez prendre de la hauteur et visualiser les priorités.
