We’re currently looking for a Global **Talent Acquisition Partner — R&D** to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This isn’t an average recruiter role, it’s an opportunity to play an active part in building the future of R&D recruitment across **France, the UK, and the US**

✔️You have solid experience in **full-cycle recruitment** within the **biopharma or life sciences** industry.

✔️You’re a true **people person**: collaborative, curious, and always eager to **learn, share, and grow**.

✔️You’re fluent in both **English and French** and perfectly at ease working across borders. You thrive in **multicultural and international teams**, and you enjoy adapting to different ways of thinking and working.

✔️You know how to balance **autonomy and structure** in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment.

✔️You have a genuine passion for **innovation** and are excited to explore how new technologies can shape the future of recruitment.

**Where will you work?**

This role is based on a **hybrid model**:60%** of your time will be spent with the team in our brand new offices in **Paris 15th** (moving in **June 2025**) **40%** can be worked remotely from home.
