You are looking for your next position as a **Program Manager**, you have a passion to work with enterprise customers to deliver multiple moderate to complex software solutions. You will successfully drive the delivery team and all involved internal and external stakeholders and monitor program quality, risk and performance for all project44 implementations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of your programs, ensuring that the projects are implemented on time and within budget and meeting the expectations of our customers.
Since you already have profound experience with implementing complex enterprise software systems, leading and orchestrating large delivery teams and are proficient with SaaS, ERP or supply chain management (SCM) systems, you will be able to accelerate your performance. Your passion for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will proactively manage customer relationships, project plans and lead implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Program Managers at project44 can sense risk and are able to proactively manage it prior to failure
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a number of engagements concurrently, potentially between 2 - 6 clients depending on program size
- Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always driving issue resolution forward
- Manage various multi-national project teams simultaneously and engage cross-functionally with stakeholders such as product management, engineering or network resources to achieve your project missions
- Manage program scope, financial metrics and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans
- Present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
- Adhere to project44's company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Proven 5-8 years of experience as a program manager or comparable managerial position at a big four consulting firm or at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain management strongly preferred
- Proven track record of working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 30% of the time (including possible international travel)
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation, project/program management techniques and methodology
- Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of any other languages is a plus
- Experience in leading digital transformations is considered a plus
- Basic understanding of API and/or EDI would be a great addition
- Monitor projects/programs progress and oversee project contributors, ensuring that scope, planning, milestones, budgets and overall goals are met
- Identify and use appropriate internal and external metrics and KPIS to effectively drive projects/programs to success
- Identify, evaluate and address programs risks and opportunities
- High sense of urgency and diligence to ensure on-track delivery and support mitigating risks and issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
