**Job Purpose **Lead developers, Develop, Assist developers or acting on their
behalf to plan, manage projects as assigned by coordinating
allocated resources, controlling projects and devops status and
deadlines and match Hello Pomelo’s high quality standards.

**Reporting Line Supervised By **Ironman Tech Lead

**Supervise Over **Programmers, Developers teams, and
Designer allocated to the projects that he is
assigned.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
**1. Project development**:
projects from the start to the finalization stage, which includes (but is not limited to):
production processes in order to give the right instructions to the team-members
- Being the alternative contact of Head Quarter Producers and development teams

for any issues related to the assigned projects; actively giving feedbacks,
communicating and negotiating with them to get all needed information and
elements to ensure smooth progress for the assigned projects
- Timely checking and updating project status and planning and the code quality, to

report to Producer, Lead Producer
- With the support of the relevant programmers project lead, QA project manager,

assigned projects, and working with them to constantly improve project
management and productivity
- Team management : taking care of the morale, motivation, working behavior of the

team-members under his direct supervision, in order to make them fully
committed to the project targets as well as to comply with working rules and studio
regulations; when needed, raising issues with functional department heads and HR
for suitable solutions
** 2. Technical support**:
Working with Producer, Lead Producer and other internal departments (Quality Assurance,
Application Design, Graphic Artist, Hardware, HR and Admin) to organize the development.

Technical support has to be provided to the dev team

1. In case dev team is stuck at any point, we must be able to provide them help
2. Support required by the team can be either technical or nontechnical
3. Technical support involves usage of jar, providing suggestions on frameworks etc
4. Non technical might involve support like explaining new tools, works in azure portal

etc..
5. Suggesting new tools, providing development support are other support to the dev

team

**3. Contribution in general management**:

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge about practical procedure, specialize technique
- Devops implementation
- CI/CD process implementation
- One of those back-end languages : PHP,.Net, Node.js, Java
- One of those Front-end languages : React.js, react Native, Flutter, Angular, vue.js
