You are looking for your next position as a Project Manager, you have passion to work at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex software solutions. You will successfully drive the delivery team and monitor project quality, risk and performance for all p44 implementations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of your projects, ensure that the projects are implemented on time, within budget and meet the expectations of our customers.
Since you already have experience with implementing enterprise software systems and are proficient with SaaS or ERP or supply chain management (SCM) systems, you will be able to accelerate your performing. Your passion for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships, project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Project Managers at p44 have the ability to sense risk and are able to proactively manage it prior to failure.
**What you'll be working on**:
- Manage a number of engagements concurrently, potentially between 5 - 6 clients depending on project size
- Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always driving issue resolution forward
- Manage various multi-national project teams simultaneously and engage cross-functionally with stakeholders such as product management, engineering or network resources to achieve your project missions
- Manage financial metrics and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans
- Present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
**Requirements & Skills**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager at a big four consulting firm or at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain management strongly preferred
- Proven track record of working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 30% of the time (including possible international travel)
- Must have excellent English and French language skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
- Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
