**About the role**

Our Global **Customer Support & Success (GCSS) division** in Siemens EDA is one of the largest contributors of revenue to the company and a critical element for customer satisfaction and success.

Your key responsibilities would include:

- Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other support engineers as well as creating and promoting innovative methods to help customers adopt new technology.
- Troubleshooting complex PCB design issues, part of multiple projects you may work on at any one time.

**Your qualifications**

We would love to hear from you if you’re from BSEE or equivalent, with significant Electronic Design/Layout expertise, combined with proven experience in the PCB design process from schematic entry to layout/manufacturing.

As you work in an international environment very good command of, and proficiency in spoken and written English combined with a strong customer service approach.

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and expectations are hugely beneficial.
