The Graduate Programs combines on-the-job learning, group mentoring, bootcamp for soft skills, self-awareness and various networking events. Discover a great place to work and gain invaluable insights about business, automotive industry and company strategy.

Your missions

The Strategy, Consulting & Audit program aims at preparing you for a career at Renault Group in the new edge of corporate excellence. The program consists in 3 rotations of 8 months for a total of 2 years working within the Internal Consulting, Internal Audit & Corporate Strategy Departments. Thanks to this unique opportunity:
You will enrich your strategic and company knowledge background with expertise in Consulting, Audit & Strategy and international exposure with group countries.

You will strengthen your professional skills and your problem-solving appetence set alongside Strategy, Audit and Consulting experts, working on most confidential projects.

You will have both operational and strategic views thanks to varied assignments supporting Corporate & Local entities in the field.

You will develop a unique knowledge about automotive industry with Nextgen challenges, you will find out more about our Business Units Brand or Function of Renault Group working on assignment with our Internal Consulting and Audit.

**Profile**:
We are looking for talented graduates who share our passion and have the ambition and ability to make an impact on the future of mobility and our company’s transformation.

We are looking for fresh minds, who are forward-thinking, willing to make an impact, who are open & challenges preconceptions and who can demonstrate a desire to learn.

University degree BAC+5 (preferably master’s degree Engineering, finance, business administration (MBA), business school or a related field),

You have a first experience in internship or apprenticeship,

You are fluent in English and French.
