**As a Community Lead at Qonto, you will**
- **Grow & engageQonto’s Finpal community**: We have ambitious targets for our newly launched finance management community. It’s up to you to develop the right promotion strategy to grow Finpal across all our markets, and increase engagement within the community.
- **Lead Qonto’s Crowdfunder community**: develop a plan to engage our existing investor community with regular events & content.
- **Align all stakeholders on the community vision & ensure cross-team collaboration**: community is team work at Qonto. For the success of your projects it is crucial to work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
- **Manage the Community team**: help the team grow and evolve, and make sure everyone is aligned on our targets and how we want to reach them.
**What you can expect**

**About your future manager**

- Benjamin has been working in Communications & Marketing for +10 years, in a variety of roles: as a journalist at Süddeutsche Zeitung (Germany’s biggest national daily newspaper), Consultant in agencies, and in-house. Before joining Qonto, he has spent 4 years at French Fintech unicorn Spendesk, where he built and led the global Comms & Brand team.

- With his longstanding experience, having worked in various roles, industries, and countries, Benjamin can not only share learnings from along the way, but also help you take a new perspective on projects and re-focus on solutions that drive the biggest impact. As a manager, he promotes autonomy & teamwork and tries to empower his team to take full ownership of their scope.
**About You**
- **Mastery**: you have a proven track record in building and engaging a community, preferably in a B2B and/or Finance context.
- **Project Manager**: you are comfortable with taking ownership and managing multiple projects in parallel, collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various roles and seniority, ensuring high-quality deliverables by paying strong attention to detail.
- **Communication**: you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and can engage internal & external stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- **Entrepreneurial mindset**: you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to test and learn new things at the same pace.
- **Event management**: you have successfully planned and executed events in the past (not necessarily as an Event Manager, but working closely with Event Management teams)
- **Experience**: 6+ years of experience in Community management (or similar Brand & Communications focused roles)
- **Languages**: English and French (Ita
