THE ROLE

**Mission**:
This role supports the VP Brand Skincare and the marketing development team in building the global brand strategy on products innovation and products messages as well as marketing materials. The Director will also help to lead local implementation of the products launch strategy, working closely with the markets to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the products and its target audiences.

The Director requires the ability to work closely with the laboratories, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as PR Communication, Retail teams, Digital team and trade marketing on top of key license contacts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse the trends of the market, identify the products development opportunities (skincare but also could be on adjacent categories)
- Recommend the innovation plans: products innovation but also animations, routines, kits
- Analyze and develop the right product mix : formula, packaging, prices
- Concept writing : work close to the R&D and the scientific communication to write the new products concepts (innovation) and products key messages (base business)
- Define the useful support elements to achieve successful new product launch, in connection with the markets and the Trade Marketing, according to the timing and the quality.
- In charge of the development with the support teams of 360° campaign (digital, PR, merchandising, education )
- Responsible for the products P&L
- Prepare the Marketing launch package
- Manage the relationship with license to build strong coherent plans
- Sprearhead products innovation and partner with external agencies & internal expert teams
- Define, track & achieve KPIs for all launches
- Lead, coach, drive and develop a team
- Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments
- Track, analyze, and monitor results, identifying key insights to optimize products strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Skills & experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of relevant products development & innovation experience at global level
- Experience mandatory in high end skincare and / or longevity clinics
- Experience of US and / or China is a plus
- Strong skills in copywriting
- Strategic
- Vision, anticipation of consumer needs, build the brand in a “new / better / different” mindset vs competition.

- Proficiency in English
