Today, EVBox has grown into an international team across multiple offices in Europe and the United States, with hundreds of driven professionals from different walks of life working for us. **About the Team**: As a Product Manager based in our Bordeaux office, you will be part of the Product Team that is responsible for EVBox commercial DC charging stations. You report to the Director DC Product Management and are an essential player in our Technology Department. You collaborate with the product managers in your team and interact daily with relevant positions in Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal. **About the role**: As a Product Manager you will deeply understand our internal and external customers, identify the most impactful problems to solve, and collaborate directly with a software (embedded) engineering team to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will practice both strategic and tactical activities and directly manage embedded software solutions through all phases of their lifecycle. - Discover and prioritize the most important problems to solve through deep understanding of your customers and their needs - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and an outcome-based software roadmap - Prepare and lead the Program Increment (PI) Planning days - Prepare requirements in form of epics, stories, and bugs for your engineering team and collaborate with your peer engineering lead(s) on maintaining a prioritized backlog for the teams, balancing business outcomes with objectives that enable the engineering team to reliably deliver customer value at a sustainable pace. - Research and define UI/UX strategy in collaboration with the UI/UX design team, contribute to the overall product and design direction from concept to implementation - Support release of software, including release notes, documentation, training, and internal marketing, to maximize the impact of solution delivery. - Serve as the primary technical support contact for our global customers, solutions engineering and sales teams. - Maintain transparent communication by regularly updating global sales and operations teams on the product roadmap. - Ensure accountability and drive action from key operations and engineering stakeholders to meet business priorities. - Keep leadership informed and engaged on critical timeline risks, product tradeoffs, issues, and decisions. **About you** **Education requirements** - BSc (MSc preferred) in computer science, engineering, or related field - Additional certifications in product management are a plus. **Experience requirements** - At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B software development, ideally in the embedded systems environment - Strong focus on user-centered design and measurable outcomes - Experience using Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) to collaborate directly with the software engineering team - Experience delivering software for IoT products - Preferably, experience delivering software solutions in a manufacturing context or product engineering domain **Skills required** - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different situations - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling. - Entrepreneurial mindset and a capability to solve complex challenges. - High sense of responsibility and ownership - Effective presentation, written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings - Proven track record of prioritizing effectively and capacity to handle shifting priorities - Willingness to travel 20% of the time - Fluent in English and French other European languages are a plus **Advantages**: At EVBox, we believe that when people feel valued and rewarded, their
