**Assistant Store Manager**:
Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

Located in the first arrondissement of Paris, between Place Vendôme and Jardin des Tuileries, 223 Saint-Honoré will be the new house of the brand, showcasing its For Successful Living DNA. The flagship store, located in one of the most prestigious shopping streets in Paris, will expand on two stories (ground and first floors) across a sales space totalling 540 square meters.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
- Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
- Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes
- Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment
- Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit
- Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment
- Confidence in managing large teams
- Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Previous experience in managing complex store operations
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
- Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage

Language proficiency: French and English are mandatory. Any additional language (Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Italian, etc) is considered a strong plus
