PROCUREMENT RETAIL & MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Leader - Retail Store Development and Marketing to join our procurement team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Procurement Leader - Store Development you will collaborate closely with our global retail teams, brand partners, and local markets to oversee the development, construction, and ongoing maintenance of our owned stores. Your role will ensure that our brand identity and aesthetics are consistently adapted and flawlessly implemented across all locations. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing the roadmap for store openings planned over the coming years.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the global coordination of Coty’s owned store development and production for our Prestige ultra-premium brands. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of our retail presence and help shape the future of our organization.
**Your main focus**:
Coordinate the local development and construction of stores.
Act as the primary link between central teams and local markets, facilitating the coordination and management of centrally produced elements.
Support the identification and selection of suppliers and agencies for central and local partnerships.
Manage and update the database of costs, expenses, internal benchmarks and on-going maintenance expenditures.
Identify and evaluate innovative solutions, suppliers, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality within the store environment.

Have a minimum 7 years’ experience in the Operational Procurement and / or Merchandising, preferably in the skincare and ultra-premium category
Have strong knowledge of retail management in luxury skincare (flagships & specialists)
Are fluent in English.

Take ownership, have a positive mindset and strong leadership & collaborative skills
