**About the Department**
The Designer Handbags & Fashion department offers for sale exceptional pieces as handbags, accessories, Haute Couture and ready-to-wear of names such as Hermès, Chanel, Christian Dior, etc. We organize more than 15 auctions a year in London, Paris, Hong Kong live and online.
In Paris the team is composed of three people
**About the Role**
We are recruiting an intern in the Designer Handbags & Fashion department from May to July 2025.
The internship consists of assisting our team in the preparation of auctions:
- Help in the cataloguing.
- Help with moving and storing objects.
- Carry out bibliographic searches necessary for the history of lots: books, internet.
- Participate in exhibitions, advice to visitors, information.
- Participate in photo shoots.
- Ensure the good reception of all the pieces, and follow-up in stocks.
- Provide daily support in administrative tasks related to auctions.
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to be in contact with the works, exceptional collector’s items, and to work with passionate people who have the will to transmit their knowledge.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Passion for the world of fashion or auctions.
- Autonomy, ability to work in a team, organizational capacity and good verbal or written communication skills.
- Student (e) in History of Art, Cultural Management, School of Commerce/ Communication or Fashion School.
- Speak French, English, another foreign language,Mandatory internship agreement. The internship will be paid at legal requirement rate (+ Pass Navigo and Lunch Vouchers)If you wish to apply, please send your CV and cover letter by the 7th May 2025 at midnight.
