Exciting Internship Opportunity : Shoe Design Intern – Tom Ford, Paris We are looking for a motivated and creative Shoe Designer Intern to join our Design team. The intern will support the development of our collections, working closely with senior designers, product developers, and the merchandising team. The role involves concept creation, trend research, sketching, and contributing to the full design and development process. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Menswear Design Team, you will : Assist in the development of moodboards , design concepts, and presentations. Create sketches , technical drawings, and design proposals (by hand and using software). Collaborate with the product development team on prototype follow-ups , sampling, and tech pack updates. Prepare materials for internal meetings and collection reviews. Maintain organized files, material libraries, and design documentation. Requirements Background in Product Design, Fashion Design, Footwear Design , or a related field. Basic understanding of footwear design and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ; familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Rhinoceros, CLO, Procreate) is a plus. Strong illustration skills and aesthetic sensibility. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ability to work well in a team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Mandatory : Ability to provide a valid internship agreement (convention de stage) from your school / university for the full duration of the internship.
