**The role**:
You’ll join **at a key moment**: the People team is just starting to take shape, currently composed of Margot (Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, full-time) and Romane (HR & TA Intern). You’ll be the third team member and will have a **central role in building the function** and supporting the company’s hypergrowth.
You’ll join a small but ambitious People team and play a central role in scaling our tech organization. This is a high-impact position with visibility across the company and a direct contribution to Orus' growth.
**Your responsibilities**:
**End-to-end recruitment**
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all tech roles (from sourcing to closing)
**Hiring manager partnership**
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers and tech leads to define role needs, scorecards, and recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and structure to improve hiring decisions, including technical assessment processes
**Hiring process & tools**
- Optimize and scale our tech recruitment process (efficiency, quality, tooling, metrics)
- Set up reporting and track hiring performance with clear KPIs specific to tech hiring
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding in the tech community
**Projects & collaboration**
- Support tech employer branding initiatives: tech events, hackathons, developer communities, partnerships with engineering schools
- Collaborate on cross-functional People projects (onboarding, DEI, talent development )
**You’re a great fit if you...**:
- Have 2-5 years of experience in **tech talent acquisition**, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment
- Are confident managing recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously, without sacrificing quality
- Are process-oriented and data-driven, with a clear sense of prioritization
- Are a true team player: you know how to challenge, support, and co-build with technical hiring managers
- Are structured, curious, and have a strong execution mindset
- Speak fluent English and French; Spanish is a plus
