Your mission: attract, engage, and hire the best talent to support our ambitions across France, Spain, Germany and the UK — from key roles to high-impact individual contributors.Missions Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint. Build and nurture talent pipelines — proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with top talent across key markets and functions. Partner with hiring managers — advise, coach, and challenge them to define needs clearly, write compelling job descriptions, and make great hires. Drive employer branding initiatives — showcase Bigblue’s culture, mission, and impact to attract the best candidates in a competitive market. Measure and optimize — track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and continuously improve our hiring processes.Requirementsmin 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Proven success managing end-to-end hiring processesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially for tech and operations roles.Ability to articulate our company vision, values and engage the most suitable candidates in the market.Fluent in French and English.
