- We’re looking for a passionate and curious Health & Safety Manager to join our team. - What You’ll Do:

- Leadership & Governance
- Manage the EHS team and support their leadership and project management growth
- Oversee the EHS budget and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance
- Partner with site and global leaders to implement EHS governance and strategic plans
- Maintain relations with regulatory bodies (e.g., DREAL) and support site inspections
- Programs & Compliance
- Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with legal and company standards

- Maintain and update EHS procedures, metrics, and records
- Support global EHS initiatives and the site Safety Committees
- Health, Safety & Culture
- Promote a proactive safety culture and awareness through training and communication
- Lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations
- Identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Collaborate with occupational health services to maintain employee health programs
- Participate in the site Emergency Response Team
- Who You Are:

- You have at least 10 years of EHS experience, including a proven track record in EHS leadership and team management.
- You hold a master's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, or a related field alternatively, a scientific degree complemented by formal EHS training.
- You bring solid experience in managing chemical and biological risks, with strong knowledge of French standards and regulations (Labour Code, Environmental Code, ICPE, etc.) and a clear understanding of how French regulatory agencies operate.
- You have hands-on experience in incident investigations, regulatory interactions, and compliance audits.
- Your background includes EHS management in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science environments, with expertise in laboratory safety, biosafety, emergency response, and ergonomics.
- You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with teams in Facilities & Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations at all organizational levels.
- You are fluent in both English and French.
