Apprenticeship: Product Engineering Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused Product Engineer. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for developing tools and improving processes based on AI and ML that meet the needs of our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, and product engineers, designers to develop and launch innovative analytical tool.
In your new role you will:
- Collect, analyze, and model large datasets to **identify trends, patterns, and correlations**that can inform business decisions and improve manufacturing processes
- **Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models**to solve problems in semiconductor manufacturing, such as predictive analysis, yield optimization, cost reduction and defect detection
**Your Profile**
You are a collaborative and communicative individual with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, driving success through open communication and active collaboration. You thrive in an international environment, where you can leverage your excellent communication and organizational skills to support your team and contribute to the company's goals.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Are enrolled in a Master's degree in **Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical Engineering**, or a related field
- Have a strong **background in AI and ML algorithms**, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Possess knowledge in **electronics or semiconductor physics**:
- Are experienced with **software development, including programming languages**such as Python, C++, R, Java or others
- Are familiar with **source code repository**e.g. GIT, GitHub, GitLab
- Understand **software development methodologies**, including Agile and DevOps
- Are fluent in **English**, both writing and speaking
