Au sein de ces enjeux d’omnicanalite, l’ecommerce sous toute ses formes occupe une part prépondérante de notre proposition de valeur et de nos missions. **CE QUE NOUS FAISONS** GroupM Commerce accompagne ses clients selon des périmètres distincts et sur des problématiques variées: - Business & Tech Consulting au service du eCommerce : Direct to Consumer, Marketplaces, eRetail, Social Commerce, Live Commerce - eRetail Media Consulting & Operating : Channel planning, Stratégie d’activations, Gestion de campagnes et Analyse de performances - Stratégie de Mesure Omincanale (ventes en ligne et en magasin physique) : cahier des charges, implémentation, Monitoring & Optimisations **CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS** De par nos activités, nos traders sont amenés à piloter et opérer les activités d’investissement media eCommerce sur plusieurs environnements: - Compétences en achats media digital orientées Performance/ Conversion : Search, Display (plateformes programmatiques et OIs) en eRetail Media (Criteo, Cdiscount, Infinity, Retailiink, etc ) - Compétences analytiques & techniques : vous serez amené(e) à analyser les performances Retail/Business de nos clients via des solutions Adtech/Martech qui favorisent la performance business des canaux de ventes (on et offline) L’Operations Lead joue un rôle client à 3 niveaux: - Team Management: > supervision des traders des comptes actifs dans son périmètre > garant de la performance et de la conformité du delivery - Diversification: > lead la gestion de certains projets Data & Tech > contribution aux pitchs - Account Leadership: > Trading opérationnel sur certains comptes en propre > Garant de la consistance et de la performance des activations De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience, vous êtes curieux, agile et souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique, en plein essor, intégrée au sein d’un groupe leader dans le marketing et la communication.
