**Reporting Lines**

The Project Manager Officer will report directly to the Europe Fine Fragrance Commercial Director. The Project Manager Officer has a global overview on the category’s activities and projects and is part of the creative teams (perfumers and fragrance design team).

**Job Purpose**

To support the Fine Fragrance Commercial Director in organizing and driving strategic business development and innovation plans through the teams for Fine Fragrance. Facilitate all related activities to project and innovation management, knowledge management and business development in the category at global level.

**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
**CATEGORY PROJECT COORDINATION & BUSINESS ANALYSIS**
- Lead data reporting of global activity of the category (monitor projects at global level, prepare Sales/Budget analysis, track new wins,) and preparation of senior management meetings.
- Contribute to category global communication: coordinate and support category calls and preparation of quarterly internal events.
- Facilitate and enhance cross category information sharing and alignment between the Creative teams (Evaluation, perfumers, Consumer Insight, Technical team, )
- Support category strategy execution.

**STRATEGIC PLANNING**
- Support the RGM in preparing, communicating, implementing and monitoring progress of Business Strategy, including Financials and budgets.
- Ensure implementation of project management best practices, master IFF innovation framework and enable agile way of working within the team.
- Oversee, support and ensure integrated planning of all Strategic Initiatives within the region.
- Drive valuation process of Innovation projects (risk analysis, return on investment) in collaboration with cross-functional key stakeholders.

**COMMUNICATION, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- Coordinate and facilitate category information sharing and knowledge management principles.
- Proactively identify opportunities and processes for Business purposes

**Job Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- University Degree or equivalent ; Preferably Master Degree in Business Development/Marketing.
- First experience or internship with exposure to sales, business analysis, strategy or project management.
- Strategic approach to problem solving (Business Process & Change Management)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time and deal with ambiguity
- Team player / collaborative: able to easily connect across different levels of the organization, disciplines and cultures.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts/processes (Pricing, Margin, Forecasting)
- Interest to work in a global/multi-cultural and Innovation environment.
- Excellent communication skills in word and writing (English), other languages is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, well versed in Microsoft Excel/ Powerpoint (and willing to learn).
