**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a player coach to maintain project management field skills (40% billable/60% manager)
- Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
- Assist in definition of team OKRs, review globally, track PM progress, role improvements
- Improve productivity and quality for Project work (ie. pre-sales support.)
- Meet regularly with team to coach, mentor, and manage performance of PM team
- Perform HR functions such as talent management/separation/merit/career advancement
- Serve as an additional escalation point for PMs w/ a project issue & project stakeholders
- To scale up PMs capability in supporting PS pre-sales support.
- Assist in supporting the team with resource management as applicable
- Support PS Pre-sales activities for G2K customers & Large Strategic Customers / Projects
- Liaise with theater leaders and other lines of business to ensure continuity of practices
- Develop and collaborate with leaders - practice development and process improvement
- Weekly reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Continue to grow individual skillset in PM field and management
**Requirements**:
- Four-year degree or combination of education and 7 years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years experience managing teams.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in virtualization and infrastructure solutions.
- Working knowledge of Public sector processes is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Working knowledge of Agile project management, a plus.
- Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects.
- External customer-facing management experience a plus (including partners).
- Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) a plus.
- Experience managing multiple high-profile workstreams in parallel a plus.
- Experience creating and reviewing professional services SOWs a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management. Prefer at least 2 years managing data center, IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid, or hyperconverged programs.
