**What you’ll be doing.**
- _Financial Analysis & Reporting: You conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and performance metrics. You also deliver meaningful reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities._
- _ Budgeting & Forecasting: You have the key role in the preparation and assessment of operating budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations. You ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive financial discipline._
- _ Cost Control & Optimization: You analyze production and operational costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. You’re the partner with operations and supply chain teams to implement cost control initiatives._
- _ Decision Support: You provide high-quality financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. You deliver actionable recommendations to plant management and senior leadership._
- _ Process Improvement: You develop and implement structured methodologies to enhance financial planning processes and reporting accuracy within the manufacturing function._
- _ Compliance & Controls: you ensure financial controls are in place and align with internal policies. Support audits and risk management activities as needed._
- _ Financial administration: You daily recording and controlling of plant usages such as consumption, working hours, efficiencies. You’re involved in Month, Quarter and Yearly closing procedures during month end close._

**What you’ll need to be successful.**
- _Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field_
- _ Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a controlling or related environment_
- _ Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)_
- _ Proven ability to perform structured, data-driven analysis with attention to detail_
- _ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights_
- _ Fluency in French and English is required_

**About the team.**
- You’ll report to the Controller Operations CE and will be work with the Manufacturing Controller for Netherlands and the Business Controller for Supply Chain CE._
