**Job Description**:
As a Senior Product Manager Identity, you will work with your legal, compliance and engineering counterparts to define, build, deliver and maintain MANGOPAY clients’ and end users’ onboarding experiences. You will execute the roadmap and related dialogs with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. As a leader and a coach, you will be inspiring the engineering team and UX designers with legal and compliance related topics all the time by also understanding and representing the team, customers and your stakeholders during prioritisation discussions and client interactions.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Work with the broader team to validate the product requirements, strategy and priorities for our Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Know-Your-Business (KYB) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) solutions.
- Support the development and integration of AML/CFT related risk products and third party services.
- Lead product discovery, conduct market research, validate use cases and run proof-of-concepts with selected partners.
- Interact with stakeholders at various levels and functions to collect requirements, feedback and sign-off.
- Support the commercial organization with product expertise, best practices and other assistance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for investment or operational improvement, relating to product offerings and requests for new enhancements
- Ensure concise, timely, comprehensive client/partner communication of product enhancements and changes.
- Lead multiple project streams simultaneously and ensure timely/quality delivery

**The skills that set you apart**
- Previous experience in building compliance, identity and/or onboarding products in the FinTech industry.
- Exposure to AML risk and compliance related products and services in the market.
- Experience with high-speed product and platform development in a growing organisation.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong technical understanding and experience with metrics-driven work.

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of European regulation for electronic payment services Eg: PSD2
- Understanding of advanced strong customer authentication technologies
- Knowledge of various payment methods (credit cards, e-wallets, open-banking etc.)
- Knowledge of marketplaces and circular economy

**Qualifications**
- Extensive Technical Product Management experience
- Strong execution skills to successfully drive cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering innovative products with user experience in mind
- BA/BS/BEng degree or equivalent experience with exposure to building/shipping technical products
