**As a learning apprentice, here’s a preview of your missions**:

- Together with our Global Learning Lead, Sara Pax, you will support the design and execution of new and existing training programs
- You will support the design and deployment of global onboarding programs as an important member of the Global Onboarding team
- You will help with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- You will monitor the effectiveness of our learning programs
- You will support the users of our LMS
- You will keep watch of learning trends, developments and best practices
