Supply Chain Project Manager

The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Project Leader to join the Customer Supply team and take accountability of key projects contributing to develop Customer Centricity and our Omnichannel strategy.

As Supply Chain is accountable for the Customer Experience success during Ordering & Delivery processes, we strongly focus our attention on capturing and assessing Customer Satisfaction, building action plans to provide a seamless experience to our customers in a digital environment, demonstrating that Supply Chain can be a value adding differentiator in the stages of ordering & products delivery.

**Here below a list of projects you might be proposed to lead**:

- Deploy worldwide a new functionality to trigger a survey to customers once products have been delivered to them. Develop Customer centricity in the different subsidiaries and advocate for the importance of Customer Voice analysis.
- Support the Business in setting up the new tool and the processes required to catch and track feedbacks accurately.
- Support the Commercial teams in developping EDI connections with customers: animate the cross functional governance, capture and prioritize collectively the different requests, ensure with IS partners that implementation is smooth and efficient, support the digitalization strategy for the EDI channel mgt.
- Improve Customer Supply teams efficiency: audit current process and practices of Customer Supply teams, assess their process efficiency, level of digitalization and customer orientation. Advise them on how to develop these different axis locally.

Beyond your role of project leader, you work in close collaboration with your manager, Business Process Owner, to help define the strategy of the Customer Supply domain, you punctually contribute to other projects as a stakeholder to be the voice of Supply Chain and ensuring all transformations impacting Customer Experience and Ordering process are consistent with the evolutions you are leading.

**Profile**
- Master Degree, you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service environment, with a specific experience in project management, ideally on Customer Experience, CRM or Order fulfillment processes.
- You have a solid functional background, appetite and capacity to develop it rapidly by interacting with experts of Customer Supply processes.
- You are autonomous, an accomplished team player, capable to energize a workgroup to reach consensus and meet common objectives. Good communication skills and a structured approach allow you to manage projects and change successfully.
- English & French fluent.
