Our Supply Chain Performance department is looking for a 18 month fixed term contract - Supply Chain Process Expert - F/M

The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes and their transformation through a roadmap of projects, with the constant objective of improving the customer satisfaction, reaching operational excellence and supporting business development. The department is also accountable to deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

Supply Chain performance mission motto is the following : enhance our Supply Chain by driving sustainable transformation, improving end to end processes & connecting teams.

The Demand & Planning domain within SC Performance is currently composed of 1 Business Process Owner, 1 Project Leader and 1 Business Process Referent.

We are looking for a second Business Process Referent, reporting to the Business Process Owner, to temporarily reinforce the team, as we currently have a significant amount of challenges in both run and project dimensions.

**What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?**

Main missions of Business Process Referents are described below, the assignments during the mission can vary according to requirements and workshare with the referent already in place. A close partnership between both referents will be key for the success of the mission.

As Process Referent, for the Demand & Planning domain, you can develop expertise on the following processes:

- Demand Management and Forecasting
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Operational planning processes run by the different Supply Chain teams: Distribution Requirements Planning with APS for reagents scope or DDMRP for Equipments and Spare Parts.
- Production Planning through MPS or DDMRP
- Stocks Replenishment & Deployment (VMI to bMx companies or external customers)
- KPI & reporting for your process scope

You also develop strong knowledge on tools supporting those processes like OMP (OPR+ and Forecaster modules), b2Wise for DDMRP, Fluid-E, SAP APO-DP, SAP ECC, and some home-made tool such as a database in Access.

By developing expertise on processes and strong knowledge on the tools supporting them, you are able to leverage users knowledge within the organization and support operations processes.

You join a network of key stakeholders worldwide known as Key Partners community to share best practices, review pain points, identify enhancements opportunities and training requirements on the Demand & Planning domain. You contribute to establish documentation, from process description to user instructions necessary to support it.

You work closely with the IS team and other Process Referents from other domains to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance system functionalities. You proactively propose opportunities to optimize the process you are responsible for and you implement some of them with a continuous improvement mindset.

In an intensive context of transformation of the Supply Chain, you collaborate with the different project leaders to bring your expertise as a support of projects.

Projects are various as illustrated below:

- Evolution of the north-American footprint & flows and corresponding Planning process adaptations
- Redesign of the Forecasting process and replacement of the tool supporting it
- Optimization of the allocation process for Equipments product range
- Optimization of the stock deployment process for Reagents product range

**Who are you ?**
- Master Degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, in an industrial context using ERP and APS solutions.
- You have demonstrated experience on Demand & Planning processes either in project or operational role.
- You have good communication skills necessary to lead a community, harmonize processes, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions. You efficiently interact in multi-cultural environments.
- You have strong capacity of analysis, good synthesis capacity and sense of support.
- You are comfortable with systems in general, and you ideally already have a strong background on at least one of our systems (SAP APO-DP, OMP, b2Wise, Fluid-e).
- English fluent.
