**Your Role**
- Drive growth and profitability strategies at the accounts in responsibility.
- Actively pursue opportunities of market share increase at customer.
- Enable to obtain and close package proposals with accounts.
- Maximize Customer intimacy at all Departments: Purchasing, Engineering, etc.
- Lead the Voice of the Customer at Aptiv.
- Supervise quote process and Sales Assistants under responsibility.
- Manage all commercial aspects such as sales forecast, pricing, customer approvals for new products, SOP support and cash collection in coordination with internal functions.
- Support products in production: understand and facilitate quality resolution, service, price profit, technology, responsiveness, and performance issues.
- Support the department's sales forecast and business plan
- Work with worldwide Engineering team; communicate technical requirements and trends back to the division and Aptiv technical centers.
- Survey the market trend to anticipate customer request. Contribute to new technologies proposal and support Engineering team in front of the customer to develop the portfolio product.

**Your Background**
- Minimum 10 years experience in the automotive industry, ideally several years with Housing and/or Terminals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer and result orientation
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
