Operational Marketing Assistant

Solenis is a major player in the water treatment industry and employs 6000 people worldwide. The head office of the European Pool Solutions division is located in Amboise (37). The site has around 100 employees and manages activities for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Russia.

You will be part of the European Marketing team in charge of Pool and Spa Water Treatment, whose mission is to develop the awareness of the group's brands (hth, Marina, Blue Tech) and products. You will assist the team in various tasks related to operational and trade marketing.

Your tasks:
**OPERATIONAL MARKETING**
- Setting up and preparing all event marketing activities: trade shows, sales meetings and webinars
- Contribute to merchandising performance: create and update product layout plans, maintain showroom shelves, find relevant merchandising solutions
- Do a competitive review and communicate with relevant people
- Stock management of marketing materials: monthly stock review, supplier quotations, purchasing procedures
- Coordination with graphic and promotional agencies
- Implementation, analysis and communication of the quarterly customer satisfaction survey

**TRADE MARKETING**
- Development of promotions for BtoB customers
- Supporting the operational marketing manager in setting up partnerships with retailers
- Management and monitoring of the BtoB loyalty program
- Preparation of customer presentations
- Analysis of actions and implementation of action plans

**Profile required**:

- Autonomous, rigorous, organized

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creativity and curiosity
- Team spirit
- Languages spoken: French and English
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and digital tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Suite) would be a plus
