The French team has been successful to get a foot in the door in France and is now experiencing a rapid build-up of the team. Our French head office is located in Paris. The team is small, entrepreneurial and ambitious. **Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute large-scale solar projects that exceed partner expectations, meet business goals, and uphold the highest quality standards. - Take full ownership of the progress and success of rooftop solar projects and/or ground-mounted, floating, and storage projects from inception to completion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for logístical real estate and landowners, ensuring strong and effective relationships. - Lead projects from commercial proposals to financial close, ensuring smooth transitions through each phase. - Manage lease and energy purchase agreement negotiations with a focus on creating win-win outcomes. - Continuously monitor project progress, proactively steering the project team toward successful delivery. - Maintain full project and financial oversight, ensuring budgets and timelines are met. - Monitor industry developments and share insights and best practices with your team and the wider project organization to keep Sunrock at the forefront. **What You Bring To The Table**: - A Master’s degree in economics, law, engineering, renewables, or a related field - 5-8 years of work experience - Proven track record in project and/or business development - Experience in real estate is a plus - Knowledge of renewable energy markets is an advantage - A positive mindset with the resilience and creativity to navigate setbacks - A results-driven, commercially eager, and financially sound personality - Fluency in French and proficiency of the English language. **What's in it for you?** At Sunrock, work is not just about making a difference in the world - it's also about having fun and enjoying your job Join our team and benefit from: ✨ Make a Meaningful Impact: Be part of an enterprising and innovative company driving the energy transition forward.
