You will join the Macro and Financial Institutions team in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Research Department as Europe Chief Economist of the Macro division, which is composed of 6 experts. Our mission is to analyse the medium and long-term economic situation, carry out cross-sectional and structural studies and develop economic scenarios. These different works are disseminated and presented to our internal and external clients in order to support them in their investment and development decisions).

Your daily tasks are:

- Monitoring economic news and developing economic scenarios for the euro area;
- Developing modelling tools and indicators;
- Writing briefing notes, Cross-cutting and topical analyses on structural topics;
- Communicate internal and external analyses (Roadshow, One to one, webinar);
- Be a driving force within the team, Strong initiative and differentiating expertise in the management of the macro team.

As Chief Economist you will hold a key position in CIB Research at the BPCE Group. The position allows you to be in close contact with the different CIB businesses and clients both nationally and internationally.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education and at least 15 years of experience in economic analysis.

You are proficient in:

- Data analysis (Stata, R, Python) and modelling tools;
- The office pack and presentation tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Recognized for your writing and analytical skills;
- You are autonomous, team-working and show leadership;
- Comfortable with both written and oral communication, you enjoy exchanges and travel.

You master English with a C2 level
