What you’ll do & Who you are

“Leboncoin immobilier” is recruiting a market researcher to join its Marketing teams.

Reporting to the Head of Market Research, you will be part of a team of 3 people and will carry out the following tasks:
Research production and content creation
- Carry out market research (ad hoc, recurring, thematic reports) to support sales and communication teams.
- Build sales pitches, competitive benchmarks and performance charts.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize internal and external data to generate actionable insights at both national and local levels.

Contribute to media partnerships and develop barometers
- Participate in the production of studies for media partnerships.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of barometer methodologies.
- Work with the communications team to maximize media coverage of studies.

Collaboration with the Data team and tool development
- Identify sales teams' needs in terms of analysis and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the Data team to design automated dashboards and reports.
- Test and ensure adoption of these tools by internal users.

Exploit and manage the real estate professional customer panel
- Identify and recruit representative customers to participate in qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Animate the community and collect regular feedback on the market, products and services.
- Use the panel's feedback to feed communication and product sales strategies.

The missions and responsibilities entrusted to the Employee may naturally evolve according to the needs of the Company's business and his/her professional qualifications.

Qualifications and Profile:

- Higher education in marketing, research and/or data analysis
- Significant experience in data analysis, market research and/or competitive intelligence.
- Excellent command of data analysis tools and research methodologies (surveys, panels, benchmarks).
- Strong ability to analyze, synthesize and present ideas in an actionable form.
- Taste for collaborative work and ability to interact with various teams (sales, communications, data, products).

Other qualities sought:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite, equivalent to MS Office Suite).

Little extras:

- Proficiency in Tableau data visualization tool
- Proficiency in Qualtrics tool for administering surveys to our user and professional panels
- Knowledge of Médiamétrie, Piano Analytics and TGI (Kantar) tools.

Additional information:

- Position based in Paris (75002)

-Position specifics: Occasional mobility to the regions (accompanying sales reps to customer meetings) - 5 to 10 times a year.
