La Wild Code School est à la recherche d’un(e) **Video Project Manager** dont la principale mission sera de définir, mettre en place et scaler la stratégie vidéo de la Wild Code School dans le but de développer la notoriété de la Wild Code School et accroître le nombre de leads générés.

**Le détail des missions**:

- Définir la stratégie vidéo à mettre en place pour développer la notoriété de la Wild Code School et répondre aux objectifs commerciaux.
- Piloter la production de contenus vidéos de A à Z : idéation, coordination des briefs, définition des calendriers de production et supervision des principales parties prenantes
- Produire des vidéos de grande qualité sur un large éventail de sujets et de formats (publicités en ligne, vidéos Youtube, campagnes de lancement d’un nouveau produit )
- Scaler la création de contenus vidéos : augmentation significative de notre production avec le soutien d'agences externes ou de freelances
- Proposer des indicateurs clés chiffrés destinés à évaluer la performance du contenu produit

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu as au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la création de contenus vidéos pour une marque B2C
- Tu maîtrises le processus de création de vidéos de A à Z
- Tu as déjà endossé la casquette de chef de projet et es capable de prioriser les missions, piloter les différentes parties prenantes, respecter les deadlines et le budget définis.
- Tu es créatif et fais régulièrement une veille sur les nouvelles tendances
