**Location**:St Romain le Puy, France
**Role Purpose**
The Finance Business Partner will analyse the financial status of operations by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and will recommend actions.
In particular, the Finance Business Partner will perform the following activities:
- Business performance management: support development of cluster strategic plan, and prepare/distribute performance reports (incl. period end closing analysis)
- Exploration to closure: co-approve closure plans and ensure update of provisions
- Acquire to retire: record asset transactions and ensure accounting for asset value and depreciation
- Financial planning & budgeting: set-up and deliver cluster budget/forecasts
- Support Determination, approval & monitoring of Capital Allocation (CAPEX)
- Perform and deliver product cost planning, analysis and reporting
- Perform inventory accounting, follow up
- on physical inventory counting, stock count variances
- Support upcoming SAP deployment (finance key user)
**Responsibilities**:
**1) **Business Partnership**:Working closely with Commercial, Operations to serve them in terms of management information/reporting and Business intelligence.
**2) **Monthly Closing Activities**:Closing support: work together with Servicing Business Service Team in Italy to ensure books are properly done on a timely manner.
**3) **Management Reporting & Analysis**:Analyzing results in all components (revenue and costs) monitoring variances.
**4)** **Budget**:Preparing the yearly budget exercise and the quarterly forecasting process for the respective plants.
- Ensuring timely and correct reporting of the budget/forecast
- Coordinating with local stakeholder (operations/commercial) to ensure different inputs and business assumptions are taken in consideration
**About you**:
Experience in finance, accounting and reporting
English and French - proficient verbal and writing
