We'e offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator (6-months internship) to join our Talent Acquisition team.
**What you will do**:
- Own and drive interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters (EMEA and AMER)
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our TA database up-to-date
- Advertise and review our jobs and help improve our employer branding strategy
- Support TAMs on their administrative duties (contracts, immigration, etc.)
- Generate weekly & monthly reports of our recruiting activity
- Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to help generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
**This internship is made for you if**:
- You are organized, with great attention to detail: you've run projects where you've had to manage a lot of details
- You understand how to prioritize tasks and build out a weekly schedule
- You are good with tools and (ideally) have some familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
- You are a great communicator (verbally and in writing)
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation
- Your are fluent in English
- You are excited about being the core member of a rockstar recruiting squad
