Le CabRH, cabinet de recrutement et d'approche directe, recrute pour son client, un Plant Manager F/H, sur le secteur de Valence.
**Le poste**:
Rattaché au Responsable des opérations France, vous intervenez en tant que véritable patron d'une usine dont vous coordonnez l'intégralité des activités. Vos missions:

- Manager vos équipes avec l'aide de votre comité de direction (production, finance, qualité, RH et commerce) et comité de pilotage
- Mettre en place et développer une stratégie adaptée pour atteindre les objectifs de qualité, quantité, rentabilité et assurer le développer de l'activité
- Apporter de la visibilité aux équipes avec des objectifs clairs et les fédérer autour d'un projet commun
- Garder un fort contact terrain et marché pour faire facilement le lien entre production, qualité, commerce, R&D et logistique notamment
- Adapter l'organisation du site pour faire face aux pics d'activité
- Être le garant du respect des procédures HSE
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs d'activité et mettre en place des axes d'amélioration
- Définir les budgets et investissement nécessaires à court, moyen et long terme
- Assurer la montée en compétences de vos équipes et maintenir un climat social favorable

De formation Ingénieur, ou équivalent, dans les domaines de la chimie, pharmacie ou agro-alimentaire, vous disposez d'une solide expérience dans les opérations en milieu industriel.
Votre excellente connaissance des process de formulation et de conditionnement vous permet d'assoir votre leadership technique au sein de votre usine.
Vous avez déjà assuré la direction d'une usine de production ou avez déjà animé un service de production fortement dimensionné et sur plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques.
