As part of its growing workforce, VIAVI Solutions France is currently looking for a Trilingual HR Assistant: French, English and Italian.
As part of the HR department based at the Saint-Etienne head office (2 people), and reporting to the Senior HR Manager France & Italy, you will not only manage the administrative part of Human Resources on the French side but will also provide administrative support to the Italian side.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Your main tasks:
Recruitment:
- Participate in the publication of job offers in English, Italian and French.Personnel file management:
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files, including documentation in Italian and French.- Manage documents related to hiring, promotion and termination.- Management of medical check-ups for the three sites in France.- Monitor the various annual/professional interview campaigns.
Training and development:
- Provide administrative support and help plan training courses for the three French sites.
International communication:
- Answer employees' questions in Italian and French about benefits, company policies, etc.
Benefits administration:
- Assist in the management of employee benefits, including insurance plans (Mutuelle and Prévoyance), ensuring a clear understanding for employees.
Optimizing HR tools:
- Update monitoring and management tools.- Participate in the preparation of files related to the company's obligations and help draw up the company's social report and performance indicators.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian, English, and French.- Training or experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.- Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Pack).
