Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients, spécialisé dans la production d’équipements pétroliers, un **Project Specialist H/F.**

Vous travaillerez au sein du service Customer Service & Projet qui a pour responsabilité d’être l’interface client du groupe. Il est en relation avec les clients, les commerciaux et les usines sœurs (usines du groupe) pour répondre aux appels d’offre et soutenir les clients dans leurs opérations de forage de l’offre à la livraison du matériel.

Vous serez chargé(e) de **gérer des dossiers techniques complexes en coordination avec les services Bureau d’Etudes, Client et Production**.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Traiter les commandes de nouveaux design en partenariat avec le Bureau d’Etudes ;
- Faire l’analyse technique du matériel commandé et de sa cohérence ;
- Manager l’accueil et les réunions client tout au long des projets ;
- Effectuer le suivi de production et le reporting client/management nécessaire ;
- Suivre les non conformités avec les services Qualité, Production et Bureau d’Etudes ;
- Réaliser la reconnaissance du revenu en accord avec l’incoterm pour les commandes simples ;
- Faire établir les devis (cotation) ;
- Traiter les commandes (revue de contrat, lancement dans SAP, double vérification etc.) ;
- Participer aux améliorations continues du service ;
- Réaliser des rapports de suivi en relation avec les différents services (Commerciaux externes, Bureau d’Etudes, Planning, Production, Services Qualité ).

Compétences requises
Vous êtes titulaire d’un **Bac +5 Ingénieur Mécanique, Commerce international, Management de projet**.

Vous disposez d’une première expérience significative dans une usine/entreprise internationale.

- **Connaissances en Dessin industriel** ;
- Compétences informatiques : maîtrise du Pack Office.
