**Sweep is actively seeking a** **Platform Engineer**, based in France, to join our mission of combating climate change by enhancing our technical infrastructure and processes.**:

As a Platform Engineer at Sweep, you will be a crucial Platform team member, responsible for managing our infrastructure, maintaining our self-hosted GitHub, ensuring compliance, keeping clean logs, and overseeing security. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our systems, with a focus on continuous integration and deployment.

As a member of the Platform team, your responsibilities will include:
**Infrastructure Management ️**

You will manage and improve Sweep's technical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

**Self-hosted GitHub Maintenance**

You will maintain our self-hosted GitHub, ensuring it's up-to-date, secure, and optimal for our development teams.

**Compliance**

You will ensure that our systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

**Log Management**

You will oversee the management of system logs, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and useful for troubleshooting and system improvement.

**Security ️**

You will implement and manage security measures and data protection protocols to protect our systems and data.

**Qualifications**
- Mid-level experience as a Platform Engineer or a similar software engineering role
- Proficiency in AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Terraform
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Knowledge and experience in data modeling, database design, and data management
- Familiarity with high-traffic systems

**Qualities**
- Autonomous and self-structured
- Willing to imagine and implement processes to ease developers' lives
- Passionate about solving problems and developing solutions
- A team player who values collaboration and feedback
